Feel the need to get outdoors and away from everyday pressures? Recovering from an illness (physical or mental) or want to chat to some like-minded people?
Come along every Thursday from 10am to 12pm for some gentle practical conservation activities and a walk around a local Scottish Wildlife Trust reserve in North Ayrshire.
